Prof. Miodrag Micajkov Ph.D.

President of the Supervisory Board, Ph.D. in law. Born August 27 1944 in Kavadarci, Republic of Macedonia. He works as professor at the Faculty of Law "Justinijan the First" at the University St's Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Prof. Ilija Djonov Ph.D.

Member of the Supervisory Board, Ph.D. in medical science. Born November 24, 1943 in Shtip, Republic of Macedonia. He works at the Clinic for neurology at the Clinical Center in Skopje, professor and former dean of the Faculty of medicine in Skopje.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bojancho Kralevski

Member of the Supervisory Board, graduated in chemical engineering. Born March 8, 1951 in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. He works in Alkaloid AD Skopje.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Duties and responsibilities
In accordance with the laws in force in Republic of Macedonia and the Statute of the company, the Supervisory Board performs supervision on the operations of ALKALOID AD - Skopje, since 1998 when it is first established.

The members of the Supervisory Board meet regularly on annual level, in order to review the draft decisions of the Management Board that concern the operations of the company for the current year and to state its view whether the same should be accepted or rejected by the Assembly of shareholders of ALKALOID AD - Skopje.
