Information on changes in management organization

Due to mandate expiration of Management Board members of Alkaloid AD Skopje, the Supervisory Committee reached decision no. 0202-12 on 6 October 2010 to elect members of the Management Board.

Members of the Management Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje have been reappointed as follows:
1.    Zhivko Mukaetov
2.    Gorgi Jovanov
3.    Cvetanka Simonovska
4.    Milkica Gligorova
5.    Kire Icev

Members of the Management Board have been reappointed for a period of six (6) years, as of 21 November 2010.

Zhivko Mukaetov, member of the Management Board of Alkaloid A.D Skopje, has been appointed the President of the Management Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje.

The President of the Management Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje represents the Company in relations to third party, without any limitations, and is designated General Manager.
