Business plan for 2012

By a decision taken at its session held on 29 December 2011, the Managing Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje adopted the business plan of the company for 2012. The Business Plan is based on the following: - realistic expectations, projections and opportunities of the current and new markets and products; - risk management policies; - increasing the efficiency of company resources.

New subsidiary in Serbia

As of 30 November 2011 Alkaloid AD Skopje registered a new subsidiary in Serbia under the name Alkaloid Veledrogerija DOO Beograd.

ISO 13485:2003 Certificate PC CCB program Chemistry  

Alkaloid AD Profit Center Chemicals Cosmetics and Botanicals’ program Chemistry - Medical Appliances, has acquired the Certificate for its management system by implementing and meeting the requirements of ISO 13485:2003.

GMP CERTIFICATE FOR PHARMACEUTICALS PROFIT CENTRE

Following the audit in the semi-synthetic cephalosporin production facility, conducted in accordance with EC Directive 2001/83, Article 111(5) in February 2011, the National Agency for Drugs and Medical Appliances at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Romania renewed the Certificate of Compliance with the GMP principles defined in EC Directive 2003/94.

ALKALOID AD Skopje will start dividend payments for 2010 from 11.05.2011. The date of record in the register of shareholders, to establish entitlement for dividends is 06.05.2011.
