In case you are invited to an interview

Before the interview prepare yourself and be aware of your value:

• Remind yourself of your past and working experience or, more precisely, know all your CV so that you can discuss it in detail.
• Think about what it is that motivates you to apply for the post in our company. Think of your personal aspirations, financial aspects or the type of organizational culture and work that you find attractive.

During the interview:

• Exchange information sincerely and try to find out whether there is common interest or a real match.
• Ask about the daily work responsibilities.
• Find out about the corporate structure, reporting, management styles, etc.
• Find out what the promotion opportunities are.
• Make sure you have the contact information of the interviewer.
